Cis and trans genders

Same diagram as before but with “assigned sex at birth” above one half of the isomer and “gender” above the other side. In the diagram for cisgender a red circle outlines the two yellow molecules at the top: “assigned sex” and “gender” are on the same side. In the diagram for transgender, the yellow molecules are diagonal across the double bond.
